More about the classes
Monday
A breath of fresh energy where we move through a sequence of exercises with focus on the debth of the exercise and its effect on us. We work through the whole body. Not much instruction and simple movements. Open for every one.
Tuesday
A class with focus on energy and balance. We work through the whole body with dynamic movements. We enjoy the daily shape of nature and ourselves and gain confidence and experience with ourselves. Open for every one. Taught in English.
Wednesday
This class has low intensity. We focus on releasing tensions in your body. Awakening inner self awareness through a calm grounding practice. Walk out of this practice with a new sense of your own possibilities and where you need to focus next. Open for everyone.
Thursday classes
Grounding sequences with a focus on the balance between effort and ease. We challenge our balance with movements and breathing and we move into a yoga that goes deeper and beyond the physical form by strengthening our clarity and observation of ourselves. Medium strength required.
Friday
A calm sequence where we move through a sequence taking our daily shape into account and with attention to the depth and effect of each exercise. There is relatively little instruction and therefore the movements are simple. Here you will find time to calm down and experience your inner self. Open for everyone.
Saturday
A grounding sequence with focus on the balance between effort and ease. We challenge our body, breath and mind through movements and so we move into the deeper levels of clarity and attention. Medium strength required. Taught in English.
